Avalon Single Cylinder Keyed Entry Handleset from the Collections Series Featuring the New Kwikset SmartKey 5-Pin Cylinder Avalon Handleset with a Single Cylinder Keyed Entry Deadbolt. The latch bolt is operated by thumb piece outside and knob/lever inside (depending on which interior pack you select during checkout) . The Single Cylinder Deadbolt is operated by a key from the exterior and a thumb turn on the interior. The Single Cylinder deadbolt is also a SmartKey Deadbolt. SmartKey is a technological innovation that provides superior security. It also provides you the flexibility of re-keying your own locks quickly and easily without removing them from your door. Adjustable Backset to 2-3/8 or 2-3/4 ANSI A156.5 and BHMA Grade 1 Rating meets residential building requirements and provides the best security available.
